Mint Fossil Sandstone Cobbles are especially effective where a lighter natural-stone finish is wanted. Their soft cream, beige and mint tones can brighten paved areas while the natural fossil detail gives the finished surface plenty of individual character.
Because this is a natural sandstone product, variations in colour, mineral markings and surface texture should be expected. Mixing setts from different parts of the pack during installation will help distribute the natural variation evenly across the finished area.
Installation
Install over a correctly prepared and compacted sub-base appropriate to the intended use and site conditions. Secure edge restraints, suitable bedding, drainage and jointing are important for long-term performance. For areas subject to vehicle traffic, the supporting construction should be designed for the expected loading.
Important: Paveworld advises that Mint Fossil sandstone should be sealed before laying.
