Marshalls Richmond Utility Buff
Marshalls Richmond Utility Buff is a hardwearing flat-finish concrete paving slab designed for practical, functional outdoor areas. Its warm Buff colour and clean surface make it a straightforward choice for shed bases, greenhouse bases, paths, bin stores and general utility spaces where durability and value are more important than decorative paving.
Richmond is part of Marshalls' Utility paving range and is manufactured from hydraulically pressed concrete. Compared with the riven Pendle finish, Richmond has a flatter, cleaner appearance while serving the same practical utility purpose.

Installation guidance
Marshalls advises that Richmond paving should be laid on a full bed of mortar. Jointing should be completed using traditional mortar or a suitable Marshalls jointing product such as Weatherpoint 365, in line with current Marshalls installation guidance.
Appearance and maintenance
As a cement-based paving product, slight shade variation and temporary efflorescence may occur. These are normal characteristics of concrete paving and generally reduce through natural weathering. Regular sweeping and occasional cleaning will help keep the flat surface looking tidy.
