EvoBoard Insulated Loft Storage Panels

EvoBoard Insulated Loft Storage Panels provide a quick and practical way to create usable storage space or an access walkway in your loft while adding an additional layer of insulation above the existing ceiling joists.

Unlike traditional loft boarding systems, EvoBoard does not require separate loft legs and timber boards in suitable installations. The lightweight panels interlock to create a continuous insulated surface suitable for loft storage and access.

Each EvoBoard panel measures 1200mm × 400mm × 125mm and covers 0.48m². The panels are supplied in wrapped packs of 18, with each pack covering 8.64m².

Insulation Requirements

EvoBoard is normally installed over suitable loft insulation positioned between the ceiling joists. Existing insulation may be retained where it is correctly installed, suitable for the application and in good condition.

Where the spaces between the joists are empty or the existing insulation needs replacing, suitable loft insulation should be installed before fitting EvoBoard and can be purchased here

Important Installation Information

Before installation, the loft structure, joist condition and spacing, ventilation, electrical cables, pipework, recessed lighting, flues and other heat-producing appliances must be checked.

A 75mm ventilation gap should be maintained at the eaves. EvoBoard must be kept away from flames, recessed lights, flues, chimneys and other potential ignition or heat sources.

Always follow the current EvoBoard Design Guide and installation instructions. If you are unsure whether EvoBoard is suitable for your loft, obtain advice from EvoBoard or a suitably competent installer before ordering or installation.

Delivery and Ordering

Delivery is included in the displayed price to most UK mainland addresses. Some remote locations may require an additional charge. If this applies, we will contact you and confirm the cost before processing your order.

At UK Building Supplies, we supply EvoBoard directly to customers across the UK. This is a delivery-only product, with delivery normally expected within 3–5 working days depending on the quantity ordered, delivery location and current availability.

Please ensure suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle. Larger quantities may arrive on more than one pallet.
