Marshalls Textured Utility Buff is a hardwearing concrete paving slab designed for practical outdoor areas where reliability and value are the priority. Installation guidance
Marshalls advises that Textured Utility paving should be laid on a full bed of mortar. Jointing should be completed using traditional mortar or a suitable Marshalls jointing product such as Weatherpoint 365, following the current installation guidance for the project.
Appearance and maintenance
As a manufactured concrete paving product, slight shade variation and temporary efflorescence can occur. These are normal characteristics of cement-based paving and generally reduce through weathering. Regular sweeping and occasional cleaning will help keep the textured surface looking tidy.
