Setcrete™ Latex is a high-quality floor levelling compound tailored for use in light to medium traffic internal areas, priming surfaces for the installation of new floor coverings. Suitable for a wide array of absorbent and non-absorbent subfloor types, provided they are sound, well-adhered, and appropriately prepared.

Key Features

• Easy Application: Simple to use, Latex Floor Self Levelling Compound requires only water added in the correct quantity as directed, mixed with a suitable Mixing Paddle and Drill for a minimum of 2 minutes, ensuring hassle-free preparation.

• Self-Smoothing Capability: Creates a smooth surface when applied, with thicknesses achievable between 2-10mm, ensuring a leveled foundation for various flooring materials.

• Drying and Usage: Dependent on subfloor absorbency, ambient temperature, and humidity. Generally walkable after 2 hours, left uncovered for 24-48 hours depending on the applied thickness before floor covering installation.

• Subfloor Priming: For absorbent subfloors, a coat of Setcrete Acrylic Primer diluted in a specific ratio is recommended, while non-absorbent subfloors should be primed with undiluted Setcrete Acrylic Primer to promote adhesion.

• Working Time: Approximately 15 - 20 minutes at 20°C, contingent upon subfloor absorbency, ambient temperature, and humidity. Advised to mix one bag at a time for optimum results.
