Modal X Textured keeps the same contemporary styling but adds a more pronounced surface texture. This gives the paving extra visual character and can provide additional grip underfoot.

Modal X Priora Textured combines the textured appearance with Marshalls' permeable Priora system. The engineered jointing arrangement allows surface water to drain through the paved area when installed as part of the correct permeable build-up, making it particularly useful for SuDS-conscious driveway and landscaping projects.
